Nothing is more effective than a pre-qualified, one-to-one business meeting between two key decision makers who are both engaged and ready to listen.
Arc-Middle East provides just such a platform for senior architects and specifiers with active and future projects to meet senior managers of supplier companies, and find out about the latest technologies available. In their turn, the suppliers can gain a better understanding of what the architects need and what problems they face.
These meetings, sharing key information are a core part of Arc-Middle East and consist of 30 minutes face-to-face time without any interruption.
Pre-Selection – How it works
All delegates at Arc-Middle East provide detailed profiles before the event. This enables everyone to know in advance who will be attending and to plan their schedules accordingly.
1 month before the start of the Forum, each attendee selects his or her priority meetings schedule.
There are 3 types of meetings:
a. Those where each party has requested to meet
b. Those you have requested
c. Those requested by other delegates wishing to meet you
BOND Events then draws up a preliminary schedule based on the most effective combination of these three types of meeting and circulates it for approval, 1 week before the Forum.
Outside of the meetings schedule there is ample opportunity to get to know the other attendees. Since more architects than suppliers attend, it is possible for supplier companies to attend more than 60 meetings in one weekend.
Constructive use of time
With Arc-Middle East Supplier Companies know in advance what their package will be. Unlike a Trade Show, you have control - there is no need to allow extra for stands, staffing, accommodation or meals. And your executives’ time is focussed in the most valuable way – building relationships and developing business.
