Pre-Selected Meetings

All Arc-Middle East attendees provide detailed profiles before the event so you can see exactly who's coming, and determine who you need to meet in advance of the event.

1 month before the architect forum starts, you select with whom you want to meet in priority order. We then produce your own personalized meetings schedule.

You will have 3 types of meetings:

a. Those where you have both asked to meet each other.
b. Your own requests,
c. Those requested by other delegates who want to meet you,

Our system ensures your schedule is the most effective combination possible of these 3 meeting types. This will be indicated on your provisional meetings schedule, which you will receive and be able to approve and change 1 week before the event.

Outside of your meetings schedule, you will find ample opportunity to meet and get to know the other attendees. Since there are many more architects attending than vendors, supplier companies are able to conduct as many as 60 meetings with senior architects during the event.
